The hotel is is perfect for 02 concerts. It was close to the O2 and to North Greenwich Station, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, though - the staff refused to cook anymore saying, "it's un-healthy for you" which to me is very rude, ALSO NO FRIED EGGS. Overall, it was a good stay but the breakfast needs improving.

This hotel is amazing! The location is really good, near the O2 and Greenwich. The staff were so cute and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with comfortable beds. The breakfast was lovely, although it could have been better. I will definitely stay here again!

The location was superb for the O2 Arena and transport links. The room was clean and comfy but the breakfast was disappointing. Staff were generally friendly and helpful but some mornings less so. The lift was a bit of a problem. It was a satisfactory stay but could be improved.

The staff were so lovely and cute, always cheerfully greeting guests and giving them lots of information. The location was perfect for a night at the 02, just a short walk away! My room was really comfortable and more modern than I was expecting. Breakfast had a limited selection, although there was nice fresh fruit and juices and a hot breakfast on offer in the morning. I'd definitely stay again!
